Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your new item, we offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee if you change your mind*. You are entitled to return the product for a full refund as long as it is undamaged, in new condition and in its original packaging.

Please contact our team within 15 days of purchase and we will arrange for your item to be picked up and returned. Once condition of the item is verified, a refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for purchase. Please note it may take up to 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show.

Special order products and final sale products cannot be returned or refunded. However, sale items can be exchanged for other in-store products or in-store credit.
